The room is great - dismal window view but many don’t even have windows so that’s OK. Shower great. Bed OK. Pillows awful - no support - look ok but actually disappear to nothing when you sleep on them. Needed four! I spend a lot of time in hotels and pillows often make more difference to a night’s sleep than the bed!

From the moment we walked through the door to when we left, we loved it. Jack was very good, showed us our room and explained where everything was. We were amazed at the size of the room (Garden Room) and it was so clean and everything was provided. The bed was lovely and comfortable and it was very peaceful. Bathroom was huge and again, all was good. We booked for dinner and that did not disappoint! Lovely menu and very helpful staff. Food was cooked to perfection and just enough. Breakfast was very good. Thank you to the wonderful staff who made our stay just what we needed. Keep up the good work - you obviously take pride in it
