The room was large,and very clean but the bed was not that comfortable - too soft and too hot.

The staff were incredibly friendly and as a solo female, made me feel very welcomed. The bar was a cosy area and boasted a lot of good liquor options considering its size.
The coffee bar had lots of seating and had a lovely few of the sea.

Close to the Cardiff airport, with helpful staff. The breakfast bag for early morning departures is a gem of a good deal - hearty breakfast bap, fruit, juice, yogurt, muffin, croissant and granola bar. If not using a private car, then taxi fare is 8 British pounds, flat fee. Walking is possible, but without a pathway, one must be careful. There is sufficient parking, and the restaurant does have a variety of dinner options, and offers breakfast.
As others have noted, the mattress is not foam, but has springs, which some may no longer be used to. A hair dryer may be requested from the front desk. The price is a good value.

I needed a hotel but as it was a six nations weekend this was one of the few with vacancies. Owner was so lovely and entertaining

Proper pub, lovely atmosphere, great food, large selection of local ciders etc. staff were extremely accommodating & kind. Every pub should be like this one. Room was very well done out. Bed very comfortable & spacious. Immaculately clean. Genuinely flawless. Roast dinner is a top draw as as-well as breakfast being right up there. Would/will definitely return
