Fabulous. Beautiful location. The hotel is amazing, rooms 10/10. Absolutely everything you needed. Overlooking the garden with lovely sofa and lots of space. Best room ever stayed in. Elements restaurant had a wonderful ambience and food superb.

We book 9 rooms for family and friends then when I contacted hotel they ask me to pay them direct for the rooms then booking.com has charge my card when I ask them to refund me they said I have to claim from booking.com.
