From the moment we arrived the staff could not have been more helpful… 7 in our group embarked on this gorgeous hotel after a 4 night music festival… had a stunning dinner with the best menu ever we could not decide !! Wells is a delightful hidden gem of a "city" and this is an excellent hotel right in the heart of it. We had a small issue with our first room which was immediately handled by finding a new room for us. On the night there wasn't a wedding the place was quiet and peaceful. Beds were comfortable. Restaurant was excellent. Would definitely stay again.
