I got a double bed, when I thought I was only getting a single. I had a fridge full of goodies which I was told that I could help myself to, which was totally unexpected and I was asked when I arrived what I wanted for a cooked breakfast in the morning, I didn't think breakfast was provided. Really happy with my stay. My only criticism was that the place needs a bigger sign to show where it is, as I went past it a couple of times.

The location was excellent with a beautiful lake walk just behind the hotel. Our room waa very comfortable and the evening meal was excellent. The staff were all very helpful and friendly.

Compact, well equipped, incredibly clean. Even had a little cupboard full of dog things. Some nice essentials in terms of food were supplied.

Nice location right on the square in the village of Tarves. Very comfortable beds, plenty of towels and toiletries. Clean, bright & quiet. The staff were wonderfully helpful with some last minute wardrobe issues we had. Generous breakfast served until 10, which was a treat!

The Station Hotel was a great surprise to me; it was very friendly, and the rooms were excellent. If we needed any additional towels, it was not a problem; the staff went and got them there, and then there was no long waiting. We had breakfast every morning of our three-day stay it was excellent food tasted great good start to the day. Our room was spacious and clean. tea and coffee making service was in the room. Hotel is located of the street which makes it quite and peaceful place to stay. Great Place to stay and great value. I will be back.

Room was a great size and really well laid out. Bed was super comfortable, had a great night's sleep. Great choice at breakfast time and was delicious. Would certainly stay here again.
