Picturesque village in Leicestershire with a lovely country park. A couple of good pubs serving excellent food and a very good chip shop. Some nice independent shops in the centre and within easy distance of the Bosworth Battlefield attraction and also a couple of garden centres.

Location is so beautiful, rooms were fine nothing special though, one was a bit dirty. Many things were broken in the rooms like shower etc but we tried to manage it. No fridge in the rooms. Which is very important thing for me.bikes for rent advertised but not available which was a shame as kids were so excited about it. But after all we have had a great time

Market Bosworth is a quaint market town steeped in history - close to the final battle of the War of the Roses. The market square supports an eclectic combination of shops, tea shop and restaurants and pubs.

Market Bosworth being a quaint historic market town was perfect for birthday celebrations. Mac and Jo made us feel at home with the warm welcome. The room we had originally chosen was facing the main street and Jo stated that it could be noisy at the weekend, so showed us a similar room which was the rear facing room. Unfortunately, upon closer inspection the loo seat was very loose, however in notifying Jo immediately we were shown to the family suite to the rear of the property, which was just perfect.
Great, serene location. Nice facilities. Fan in room. Town center literally 250 yards away, so there were plenty of food options outside the hotel. Pool, spa, and weight room on the premises. The price was amazingly low because I was there during an off-peak period. It's apparently not as gleaming as it once was, but the hotel is very pleasant. (Just don't expect the Ritz.)
Lovely comfortable hotel, Staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We had a meal in the restaurant on the night of our stay and the food was fantastic, as was the breakfast the next morning. Would definitely recommend to friends and family, and will be staying again next time we visit Market Bosworth.
Room large, clean, new carpet, towels fluffy and white, abundant hot water, modern TV, windows would open, kettle. Wedding disco stopped at midnight. Some of the public rooms looked amazing not being put to good use.
Clearly a lot of people there who loved the hotel, sorry but we didn't.
Great location in Market Bosworth. Lovely for some nice walks and also convenient being so close to the town centre. Really loved all the special touches like the hamper and wine. The cottage itself is stunning and Chris and Ed could not have been more accommodating as hosts.
Lovely old hall and grounds
Great location, a few minutes a walk from Market Bosworth village with bars and restaurants, and close to the steam railway and Battle of Bosworth field heritage centre
Large free car park
WiFi free in the lounge area
Fabulous property, great location in the centre of Market Bosworth and delightful hosts. Really good communication beforehand which helped. Plus some v thoughtful touches with a snack hamper, milk etc there waiting for us.
Seem very much to have improved the general look of some parts of the hotel, fresh paint and decor Was pleasing to see because it is such a lovely place to stay and relax.
Friendly, clean, good room, attractive interesting heritage property, great location for Market Bosworth. Lots of shops and places to eat within 5 minutes walk.
