Super location, right opposite the train station. Staff were really helpful and pleasant. Room was spot on with a small fridge which helped on a balmy night.

Haven't recieved my refund yet. I understand they are going through a difficult time but I wasn't aware of this at the time and they shouldn't have accepted bookings if there facilties were closed (the reason why I booked in the first place) please can I received the refund they said they would give.
