lovely modern room, beds were clean with plenty of clean towels and a cot for the youngest member. Tea/coffee/biscuits in the room which was great. beautiful view of the beach front. only downside was the hot water stopped working after about 20 seconds in the shower, not the end of the world. breakfast was quite expensive, £10, and was quite a small and basic portion, I did think it was pricey. staff are lovely people. we would definitely come and stay again.

Close to station and amenities in town centre but also close to beach. Inside was quirky and interesting downstairs. Upstairs was very tastefully furnished in style fitting the age of the property with up to date essentials.
