Plenty for kids to do, seal show was fab and enjoyed the train ride around the park seeing some of the animals, plenty of kiosks for ice creams and places to sit in with shade as weather was red hot, clean toilets with disabled facilities. Loved the drive round the animals, with a lucky escape with the monkeys 😊

as a wheelchair user we were given a ground floor room which was appreciated but the lack of fresh air was suffocating at times as the air con was not sufficient.A small refrigerator would have been useful

Not worth a 4 stars hotel. Paid too much to stay there.
Not worth a 4 stars hotel. Paid too much to stay there. I expected more from initial pictures shown on booking.com. Shower and taps was hard to use. Then water pressure coming out of the shower head was so hard that my 10 years old son did not like as it hurt him.

This is the 4th time I’ve stayed at this hotel, however it is becoming tired. The breakfast was sub standard cheap bacon and sausage. Limited service due to COVID-19 which I totally understand. Safe was broke in the room which I would of liked to have used but not essential.
The staff are always very friendly and really helpful for that I would still return.

The hotel is in the middle of a noisy industrial area. Police sirens blasting out throughout the night. Pretty awful location and a tired, run down hotel with lots of faulty equipment. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Disgusting Place staff vile absolutely no customer service skills there was a dump in my toilet room was dirty had a vile smell milk was off made me go sick for 2 hours straight woke up in the morning with all bites all over my body
Travel for business than location did nor really bother me however is not not the greatest next to motorway when you are planning to walk in the morning. Staff fantastic make you feel like at home.
Bed and mattress wasn't the greatest however I slept like a baby ( surprise)
Really big rooms really unlikely in those days
Fantastic AC ( really important for me as I'm always hot ) and blame me you can slightly open the windows which is not possible in 99% of hotels
Great that breakfast was included but the cooked breakfast was basic and lukewarm with rubbery scrambled egg. Cereal choice was good. The toasters used in most big hotel chains are the conveyor style which never toast the bread but come with strict notices saying don’t put through twice. Sick of toast like stale bread, I broke the rules and the toast was then too burnt. I gave up on toast after that. But I liked you could eat all you wanted.
Very nice, helpful staff, great rooms, comfortable beds.
We knew that we wanted to acquire a late check out which isn't something this hotel does however the very helpful night porter sorted it out for us so that we had the latest possible time to check out as we spent the night before that in Liverpool city centre.
I liked sound isolation between rooms. I was worried about this but I was wrong. The location was convenient for us as we wanted to see a bit of Liverpool and catch a flight from Manchester Airport. staff seemed busy but they were nice and friendly to guests. it’s perfect for a short stay.
The staff were friendly, the breakfast was nice and the hotel appeared to be quiet. Room was nice.
I left my watch in the room, the communication and handling of it was good and when I arrived to collect it, the team member was fully aware and clarification of details were good.
Easy communication with owner. Super roomy and comfortable, felt right at home! So much better than staying at a hotel. Throws on bed we’re comfy and thick, duck feather cushions, Netflix on tv, shops and takeaways nearby. Lovely!
lovely, clean, spacious rooms. hotel staff really friendly and accommodating. Restaurant was nice atmosphere, reasonably priced and great food. Pool was really warm and relaxing. steam room is huge and spot on, sauna good too.
Breakfast was really nice, good times for breakfast, need to advertise more vegetarian options, staff were very helpful and polite, very good customer service skills, which made up for areas of disappointment.
