I have stayed at this property several times. The staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Modern clean rooms, comfortable beds. Clean towels provided also tea & coffee. ( which many properties in Liverpool town centre do not provide) As a female traveler I feel very safe at this establishment. On comparison to other properties the price per night is very reasonable. 2 minute walk from train station and lots of takeaways/ pubs / shops within a 5 minute walk.

Location was great in a quiet area and offered free safe parking. The apartment we were upgraded to was built around 2023 so everything was brand new and spotless. The free breakfast that was offered was good if you like healthier choices. Fairly close to public transportation as well which meant you were in the city centre in half an hour. We used Uber a lot as well during the night and didn't break the bank. Overall we would definitely stay here if we visit Liverpool again
Situated in the heart of Anfield on the northwestern outskirts of central Liverpool, The Cabbage Hall is a combination of traditional British inn and contemporary style.

Plenty for kids to do, seal show was fab and enjoyed the train ride around the park seeing some of the animals, plenty of kiosks for ice creams and places to sit in with shade as weather was red hot, clean toilets with disabled facilities. Loved the drive round the animals, with a lucky escape with the monkeys 😊

as a wheelchair user we were given a ground floor room which was appreciated but the lack of fresh air was suffocating at times as the air con was not sufficient.A small refrigerator would have been useful

Not worth a 4 stars hotel. Paid too much to stay there. I expected more from initial pictures shown on booking.com. Shower and taps was hard to use. Then water pressure coming out of the shower head was so hard that my 10 years old son did not like as it hurt him.

This is the 4th time I’ve stayed at this hotel, however it is becoming tired. The breakfast was sub standard cheap bacon and sausage. Limited service due to COVID-19 which I totally understand. Safe was broke in the room which I would of liked to have used but not essential.
The staff are always very friendly and really helpful for that I would still return.

The hotel is in the middle of a noisy industrial area. Police sirens blasting out throughout the night. Pretty awful location and a tired, run down hotel with lots of faulty equipment. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Disgusting Place staff vile absolutely no customer service skills there was a dump in my toilet room was dirty had a vile smell milk was off made me go sick for 2 hours straight woke up in the morning with all bites all over my body
The staff were the nicest hotel staff I have ever dealt with, they were just so friendly and helpful.
The pool was amazing too it. Everything was just so chilled and relaxing
The rooms were also great and spacious, I loved how there was a door separating the main bed to the little sofa bed so was like two rooms.
I liked sound isolation between rooms. I was worried about this but I was wrong. The location was convenient for us as we wanted to see a bit of Liverpool and catch a flight from Manchester Airport. staff seemed busy but they were nice and friendly to guests. it’s perfect for a short stay.
Price was OK. Hotel looks OK as expected from hotel
Breakfast was OK - good selection. Tasty. Lots of drinks to choose from.
Room size was OK and clean, not smelly etc. TV, Air Con was working. A/C wasn't noisy.
Fast Wifi
Nice and friendly staff
Easy communication with owner. Super roomy and comfortable, felt right at home! So much better than staying at a hotel. Throws on bed we’re comfy and thick, duck feather cushions, Netflix on tv, shops and takeaways nearby. Lovely!
lovely, clean, spacious rooms. hotel staff really friendly and accommodating. Restaurant was nice atmosphere, reasonably priced and great food. Pool was really warm and relaxing. steam room is huge and spot on, sauna good too.
Friendly staff, comfortable good value hotel. Bathroom a little "tired" but everything worked fine. Good breakfast, limited evening menu if you are too lazy to go out to local pub or restaurant. Would stay again.
Breakfast was really nice, good times for breakfast, need to advertise more vegetarian options, staff were very helpful and polite, very good customer service skills, which made up for areas of disappointment.
The breakfast was amazing. The spa area was a lovely touch and was not too busy. The hotel was in a good location for our trip to the safari. A little walk to some lovely restaurants.
I like how peaceful it was baring in mind the main road behind the hotel, and the balcony in the room it was amazing. And there is room service! Great service!
