The rooms, bathrooms, public areas - everything - was clean and well maintained. All of the staff and managers were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great ! Plenty of parking. Foody pub right next door. Local taxis were efficient and easy to book from reception.

Breakfast was good .full fry. A good choice. Staff are very helpful and polite.we asked for an earlier check in to get to the horse racing on the same afternoon.This was possible. At check in the receptionist took my bag upstair for me, just a nice personal touch . The breakfast staff are very good,friendly and helpful. On checkoutit was possible to leave my car for a couple of hours to go shopping..

I couldn’t fault the staff at this venue. I was staying by for work and arrived late after work. They managed to get me a table, without hesitation, for some food even though it was the Saturday before Christmas. They were super attentive, the food was insane and I couldn’t fault the service. They even made me the most perfect breakfast bag to take away.
