It's helpful to understand what Forces Manor is. It’s not a luxury hotel, it’s a really good value property in a fantastic location with a great atmosphere. The rooms are straightforward, clean and well set up. There’s a kitchen and communal areas for eating and relaxing. As Tony pointed out, you certainly don’t need to have served to stay there and everyone's welcome. The interesting backstory is that it’s a non profit business set up to help those that have served. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Tony and his team were incredibly welcoming. Will definitely stay again

Breakfast was average but staff friendly. There was a good amount of parking. The WiFi did not work!!!!! Every time we asked they said they have to reboot system. Then about two hours later they said it was not working and nothing they could do. We had booked this hotel especially since I needed WiFi for work. The WiFi did not work!!!! The hotel is very old with little maintenance having been done. The bathroom floor felt like it was going to fall in at any second. Shower did not run away fast enough. Very frustrating that WiFi did not work since I needed for work. .
