Such a warm and welcoming hotel. Met all our needs. Can't speak too highly of the staff and the way we were treated. Although it's an old building with all the issues needed to maintain old property, you can see and appreciate the effort put in to keep its originality.
Ideally located for visiting surrounding attractions.
The menue to breakfast and evenings catered for all tastes and again went the extra mile to meet our needs.
Good standard of housekeeping
Will certainly return.

The breakfast is the only part that disappointed us. We were under the impression we would get a cooked breakfast - as per the reviews on a cooked breakfast. There was boxes of cereal, bread and buns that we could help ourselfs too.
Otherwise everything was very clean comfy and stylish
It is very peaceful and quiet which is lovely, however there...
It is very peaceful and quiet which is lovely, however there are almost NO facilities at all not even a local pub. It is worth bearing in mind and planning for. We would recommend the White Hart at Tuddenham for food only a mile or so down the road.
