Breakfast ok. Everything looks nice. Room avarage. Need renewals. Minimum equipment. No bedside lamps. So you stay in pitch black or full ceiling lights.
Just 15 minutes from historical Warwick, Warwickshire Park Hotel offers spacious rooms and free parking. With The NEC just 20 minutes away, there is also a traditional restaurant.

The property was nice overall with a nice bar/restaurant. I believed I may have left something behind after checkout and when I called the hotel, the reception staff and housekeeping staff were very helpful trying to locate it. The room was clean and comfortable

Service was friendly, I like places like this. I try to stay away from the national chains... breakfast was good.

Small room, but was described as such. Comfortable bed, good size. Facilities all good quality . Breakfast and dinner were excellent and reasonable price for quality.Situated by canal, with comfortable outdoor seating. Stayed here before in winter and returned as good experience. Staff young but very helpful and attentive.

The location was fine - I was heading to the NEC for a show, so this was not too far away & relatively easy to get to & from the NEC. There was ample parking, which was free. I didn't use the restaurant at all during my stay, so cannot comment on whether it is good or otherwise. Getting to & from was very simple as the road leads directly to the M42. The room was acceptable, but the bed that I had was exceptionally hard & uncomfortable.

Overall it was good.. staff were unbelievably friendly during my 3 night stay well done team!!! Great value. Few bad points window was broken, shower head leaked and when I checked ot I always put the sheets in a pillow case, mattress pillows and quilt was dirty.. I can see this hotel slipping if the owner doesnt do a snag list.. its a great hotel and would hate to see it fail.. other that that I would 100% return and possibly have a wedding venue

Ate 2 of the nights in their restaurant.
Ate 2 of the nights in their restaurant. Good chef and staff
us stop right outside either side of the road going to Solihull and Stafford.
Left early and went home.
Had had enough!!
Certainly not a hotel I'd recommend due to the unwelcoming receptionist, dull grey 'ambience' of bedroom and cold unclean bathroom!!

We booked a room as we were at a function at the Hotel
On arrival no staff on reception had to wait approximately 10, we were with friends gave us the cards for the room, I booked 2 rooms one a disabled room I thought there would be a wet room so could have a shower that wasn’t over the bath, the corridor to the rooms were freezing cold.
the card worked on one room but the other wouldn’t open, had to go to reception again no one on the desk had to go into the Bar area to find someone,he did something to the card and came to the room to try the door, we said about how cold the corridor was he said they were painting some of the rooms but couldn’t smell paint, card still wouldn’t work so said we could change rooms, so we moved to another room we had to go up stairs and along to the end of the corridor
Bearing in mind we had asked for 1 disable room it was too far for my husband to walk so I went back to reception and said I needed to go back to the original room even though we had to go down stairs the room was the first door so didn’t have to walk the length of the corridor
The room wasn’t really accessible usually you have a wet room/walk-in shower, but this was a cubicle you had to step up to get in with doors which was a struggle to get in and out, I was told all rooms were the same.
If you are in a wheelchair I would suggest you call them to see if they can accommodate wheel chair users as there are no lifts and as far as I appears no accessible rooms
Wasn’t told or any information in the room of time of breakfast or what time room to be vacated
We went for breakfast lady that served was very nice & pleasant Full English breakfast was nice

Great restaurant with delicious, good quality food.
Room was clean and spacious.
Staff were very friendly.
The floors in the rooms are extremely creaky and you can hear people in the other rooms.
However for a short break I’d definitely recommend.

This was a very convenient location for a party that we were invited to. We did manage to spend a couple of hours at a National Trust property before we went home but there were more in the area that we would have liked to have seen if we had more time.
This hotel is a firm favourite of mine and my girlfriends. We use it for little weekend getaways to single nights away.
The rooms are always clean and spacious. The front garden is comfortable to have a drink and lit lovely in the evenings.
It's very close to a canal route for walks and you're a short distance away from Solihull and its pubs and restaurants.
It's a lovely place and would recommend.
The breakfast was great value. Location is great, lovely grounds. Generally clean throughout, good size room. Probably the best shower I've had at any hotel, powerful and heated up straight away, good size to be able to maneuver and shower head height was adjustable. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Great location - near to NEC which was the reason for my stay, room was very comfortable and wifi worked great. Breakfast was really tasty and good value for money. I would recommend this hotel and would most definitely stay here again.
The bed was comfortable and the breakfast options were very good value for money. Generally the hotel is very cheap so there is a little bit here of getting what you pay for.
Lovely hotel, gorgeous bar area that had a very friendly vibe and decorated beautifully. Lovely decor.
Reasonable prices for drinks.
Room was basic but nice and clean.
