The room was large, and there was countertop space in the bathroom, which is always a plus in Europe! Beds were comfortable and clean along with surfaces in the bedroom. Bathrooms had an ample amount of towels and toiletries, and was well lit. We had an early flight in Manchester and for what we needed it served it's purpose.

Really only used the hotel due to its proximity to the railway station and the airport terminal.
Hardly able to review Hale but would advise anyone with limited mobility that there is a good walk involved...partly in the sheltered 'corridor' and then on the open to get to the Ibis Hotel

Needed a nice sized room with a couple of double beds for self and daughter as she had early morning flight. Great staff, organised her a 4:30am shuttle bus even though just a few hundred yards away. We had booked a local restaurant as other daughter studies at Man Uni so can't comment on food other than menu in lift seemed comprehensive for most airport hotel traveller requirements. Passing bar and restaurants both looked more than pleasant for an airport hotel

One of the nicest hotel I've stayed in, best bed ever in the room super comfy, tidy hotel and excellent location for the terminals, the only disappointment was the price of food at meal, especially the sirloin steak at £45 per steak and had the cheek to charge extra for the chips and sides unbelievable!!! I would and will stay at this hotel again but definitely won't be paying for food there I will go out from the hotel for food.

Great location for airport, no transfer needed.
Great location for airport, no transfer needed. Lovely hotel with a touch of luxury, even has a nice gym, pool, sauna and steam room. Rather expensive for one night but worth it for the convenience when taking an early flight.

Only thing I liked was convenience to airport.
Only thing I liked was convenience to airport. Otherwise I didn't like anything..Not the room, not the view, not the amenities, or lack of. Price outragious. Had just stayed in a luxery hotel with spa and fitness center, fab food and lounge, fantastic room and amenities for half the price of a basic hole in the wall with a view of cars.

I arrived at 3.35am after breaking down on the motorway.
I arrived at 3.35am after breaking down on the motorway. I was greeted by a lovely smile from the gentleman behind the desk. The charge was waived for the car park as I only had three hours until I picked my son up from the airport. I was able to have 2hrs sleep in a lovely room and have an amazing breakfast. Outstanding hotel and staff! So clean and ALL the staff speak and smile.
All the staff we came across were really helpful and friendly.
The leisure club facilities were very good, as expected and the electronic locker key pads worked very well.
The choice of items for the continental breakfast was generally excellent, but see below for my particular dietary issues.
It's great to be offered a good range of room service meals at all hours.
Location of the hotel is excellent - we were visiting various family members in the Greater Manchester area, and it was convenient for all our trips.
Very convenient hotel located next to terminal 2 in Manchester airport. The room is clean. Bathroom was surprisingly comfortable for a budget hotel. Staff is very helpful and friendly. In terms of food within walking distance, there is another hotel next door with a restaurant in the lobby, or one can go to the airport for food.
The location is very convenient located at the Manchester Airport, especially if you are flying to/from Terminal 2. The hotel and also the room I got was in a very good condition and clean. Good shower and the room was quiet! I slept very well.
The breakfast was just good, however nothing special.
I really couldn't fault The clayton Hotel, evening meal was excellent, fairly priced and tasty, very good with the children - Beds were comfy, room clean and airy.
Shuttle bus was provided to and from the airport terminal, we ARE booking for the next holiday out of Manchester
I stayed at The Crowne Plaza for night (picking up family from airport). It was modern, sparkling clean, all staff were courteous, professional and friendly. Restaurant food was excellent. I would definitely stay there again. It was great to be able to park at the hotel too.
The staff were friendly and cared about our comfort and schedules, even letting us preorder breakfast and opening the restaurant a bit early so we had plentyof time to catch our flight. This will be my go to hotel from Now on when flying out
of Manchester.
Spotlessly clean , friendly helpful staff . The food in the restaurant was very good and the hotel location for the terminal was good. We will definitely use the Crowne in our future flights from Manchester
Very good value reasonably priced hotel for the airport. Taxi one-way is around £14 or if you're fit you can walk it in approx. 35-4O minutes from the hotel
Very good breakfast too!
Location in Manchester’s airport in walking distance from the terminals is very convenient . The hotel itself was a great surprise and was very clean comfortable and quiet.
Our hotel preference when travelling from Manchester airport. The second time we’ve stayed and will stay again. Staff always friendly and helpful and facilities excellent
The property itself was very conveniently located to the airport, the food in the bar area was amazing, and the staff inside the hotel was very accommodating.
