The breakfast is excellent. Lots of options; and very healthy ones too. Fresh fruit platters and bowls of fresh fruit, along with yogurts. There's also an assortment of smoothies to choose from. You can't fault the cooked breakfast buffet, and poached eggs are made to order if you want them.
The staff here are lovely, and provide a brilliant welcome after your journey with a nice cup of tea (or coffee)!
Very clean, warm and welcoming.
It's far enough out of the centre of Blackpool to enjoy the peace and quite, but there's a tram stop opposite, so you can easily dip in and out as much or as little as you choose.
Parking is quite easy even if the hotel carpark is full, as the sideroads are free.
There are some lovely bars and restaurants in easy walking distance too.

A greatbplace to stay, exceeded expectations. In a beautiful countryside setting, the room was perfect, great ensuite. The continental breakfast was perfect, and that's from someone who always wants a full English. I would recommend this place to everyone. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful.

It is well served with the tram system to and from Blackpool and buses to there and other destinations. There are miles of beaches and promenade walks.
