I like the Village hotels due to the combination of restaurant/starbucks/onsite parking & gym which is quite unique. The rooms are usually decent and I got a free upgrade to one of the bigger rooms which also saved me on gym/parking charges.

Great location in nice part of the city. Easy 20min bus ride from Waverley. Lovely room, super comfortable bed and pillows and nice welcome tray including bottles of water and biscuits. The pub itself is nice with pleasant outdoor area at the front. Couldn't fault if, would choose it over Travelodge or Premier Inn.
