As soon as you walked through the door you were met with a smile and warm welcome. All the staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The room was beautifully decorated and the bathroom was wow. Breakfast was good and my poached eggs were cooked just as I asked for. Will definitely stay again

The breakfast was great. Good value and very good quality. The location was perfect for Badminton and the hotel was comfortable, with attractive outdoor space.

The room was amazing. Probably one of the best we have ever stayed in. The staff were friendly and professional and couldn't do enough for us.

Bathroom had bath in the bedroom and tap was dripping all night so finished up throwing a towel into bath to stop the noise. The whole place looks dated, but clean and well kept. Honesty bar is a nice touch but as I paid £50 for breakfast and didn't have any and spent £30 in honesty bar, given price of stay might have been nice to offset the cost. I paid as requested. Left before breakfast so didn't sample it. Handy for getting into town and secure parking is a bonus.
