We visited after a recommendation and heard about the location. It did not disappoint. We plan to go back in the nicer weather and explore as it is set in a beautiful area, so much so got on to googling houses for sale nearby.. We can all but dream. Ate downstairs (food was amazing) and relaxed for drinks until closing. The pub had such a warm and welcoming feeling and everyone was polite. Had a comfortable night's sleep and no issues come to mind. Breakfast in the morning was also faultless. Have already repaid the favour of a friend and continued to recommend. Only a 9 because no-ones perfect

House was amazing, fabulous views, lots of facilities. Bed was very comfortable and the host was communicative and gave options on how we wanted the sleeping arrangements set up. Parking was good. Sitting in the garden listening to all the birds was very relaxing.

It’s a beautiful looking building with a nice reception area and lovely staff, nothing was too much trouble for them. We were given a free upgrade to an Executive Family Room, which was very comfortable and clean too.
