We stayed in one of the outside brick chalets, and spent the evenings in the Inn bar and it was all very pleasant. The Inn itself is full of the charm you would expect, from it’s location in the rolling hills, and both Margaret, the landlady, and the staff were lovely and charming too. Nothing was too much trouble. We intend to return at a future date.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Woodleighton Cottages. From the welcome pack which greeted us on our arrival to the checking in from Rachel over the duration of our stay to see if everything was okay or whether we needed anything or help with anything. It was truly a 1st Class service and most definitely a 5 star accommodation. The Cottages are a short distance to the race course or to the town centre. We will definitely be returning and will be recommending Woodleighton to our family and friends .

35 minutes out of Stoke fabulous views across the countryside what’s not to like. Great country inn that serves quality home cooked food at good prices. Log cabins with or without a hot tub but I would recommend the hot tubs a great way to relax and chill with friends or family.

The accomadstion was an ideal location for what i wanted tp do. The cabin was quite dirty, lounge carpet and sofa bed were stained, the shower head bracket was not secured to the wall, there was a fsult with the electrics which kept tripping, a bedroom light switch was cracked.

It was lovely to have a hot tub and be able to relax in there. So convenient to have The Raddle Inn next door, where we had an evening meal on Friday and lunch on Sunday. Even though we were close to the pub it was very quiet, in the evening all we could hear were the owls. All in all we had a great time and would like to stay again in the future.

Overall, a great little place , good location for Alton towers (10min drive) .
Food was good, staff were very helpful and nice, we had a bit of confusion over the hot tub as we mistakenly booked a cabin without a hot tub unfortunately! (But our mistake!)
The kids loved having the bouncy castle and the play area tree in the evening (also helped them sleep😆).
Cabin was lovely, clean and tidy.
The kitchen and living room were great !
Bathroom was a bit basic but useable .
Would we stay again?: yes !

Cabins are very clean, comfy and well equipped.
Cabins are very clean, comfy and well equipped. Kitchen very well equipped. Shower was amazing - plenty of hot water on demand as well as really good water pressure. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The food in the restaurant is also really nice. Plenty of parking.
You access the property via single track country roads as it is a very rural location with plenty of beautiful views.
When you book remember to specify how many beds you would like made up and how many towels.
The property is 4 miles away from Alton Towers theme park and it takes 12 - 15 minutes to drive there dependant on traffic.

Tucked away in the countryside with lovely views and next to a pub which serves fantastic food! Hot tub was a nice extra too (we sat in it the rain with umbrella!!) Cabin very comfortable, and warm too which we needed after a very wet day. It's fairly basic but has everything you need, can cook your own meals too. Very close to Alton Towers too. We only stayed one night but would be happy to stay longer!!😊
