I really hope the staff gets paid very well: they are so professional! I've been here a few times, always fab (I think I got a free room upgrade this time). Beds are very comfy, spacious rooms, no overdesign, yummy breakfast, good wifi.

Such a funky hotel. Loved the room, very quirky.
Staff were excellent.. Manager was exceptional.
There were a few hen parties, a lot of noise until 1200, but apart from that we enjoyed our stay.

Great location, out of town but a short drive in (with lots of parking available in Epping) and close to the motorway. The atmosphere is very relaxed, with the continental breakfast available at any time.
Des was really helpful, telling us about the local area and events. He was very friendly and accommodating and really made our stay.
