Room was clean even of decor was a bit dated,, sheets were clean, towels were pristine. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was well planned and food was great.

Despite being handicapped by medical circumstances in the family the owner did everything possible to make my stay

Everything regarding the stay was exceptional, Terri was an extremely welcoming host, helpful, and provided good suggestions for our plans to visit Wells and the local area. The building has been renovated to a high standard, whilst retaining original features and character. The rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, amazing choice and everything best quality, I assume from local suppliers. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again for future visits to the Somerset area.

Stayed April 6/7. Room was lovely, spotlessly clean, quiet despite being on the back of a pub. King size bed was very comfy, lovely linen. Tea and coffee in the room. The highlight was the breakfast, cooked by one of the sisters (apologies I can’t remember your name) and was outstanding.

I think the room we stayed in should have had blinds on the velux windows the bathroom over looked the garden and the came in early morning in bedroom - they do need to improve on somethings give the hotel some love and attention and a clean
