Friendly staff, comfortable bed, good shower, big room with plenty of space. Any issues sorted quickly especially when I locked us out of our room. Good value for money, we had the big room with private shower. Loved our stay in Burnham

Location is very easy to reach, the room was larger than I expected but also well equipped. Everything was very clean and where it should be.
The staff were very helpful especially with local information.

Cute cottage style stay with beautiful interior decorated rooms. Very pleasant staff. Rooms were clean and hygienic, check in was simple and easy. Great great great bed, I was absorbed into the mattress and soft sheets for the rest of a lifetime. Peaceful and quiet getaway with lovely church bells on Sunday morning.

I liked the beach, which was long and good for a stroll.
I liked the beach, which was long and good for a stroll. Unfortunately the weather was changeable while I was there. I liked the town, lots of different shops and good places to eat. Brean down is a short drive which is a National Trust area. It is well worth climbing the steps to walk to the end of this "natural pier". Fantastic views. I could have stayed longer and would love to go back. I would definitely stay in the Royal Clarence again

Beach very close by to lots of amenities, fab fish and chip shop along sea front, parking is very cheap at £5.50 for the day and never struggled to get a parking space. Sea is in quite early ( see board for times) and has normally back out by 10am and in again around 5 pm however times do differ. Lots of buses to all locations, ideal place as Weston and Brean are also a very short bus or car drive.

Beautiful beach - dog friendly af the north end.
Beautiful beach - dog friendly af the north end. Burnham, like many other places is looking bit run down. There are a good number of shops and places to eat. There seemed to be a lot of older people around. It's not really a family place.

It is alright for a day out but I wouldn't go there for a holiday. The hight Street was too congested that I ended up having to walk on the roads a lot. The sea is just like an extension to Weston Super Mare that you could hardly see anything when the tide is in. On the plus side, Burnham on Sea have plenty of pubs , cafes and take away food.

Beach and fun things to do with children but we went for an adult break so didn’t really want to explore as we just wanted a chilled time which is what we definitely had! Would definitely stay at one ninety again! Lovely hosts and lovely atmosphere with a modern and clean, peaceful setting! The breakfast was lovely, highly recommend the mushrooms with your fry up!
The hosts were very welcoming, and made an extra fuss of us because it was my partners birthday. The location is great and really easy to get into the town or onto the beach and there is plenty of free parking. There was plenty of storage in the room and the room itself was styled nicely and felt like a luxury hotel room. We also had the breakfast on one of the days which was freshly prepared and delicious!
The hotel is a 4-minute walk to Burnham's High Street and 6 minutes to the beach. Plenty of free on-site parking. Smooth check in. Large, clean and comfortable room (plenty of 13A sockets!!) and good supply of tea/coffee. Wi-Fi was reliable - 32Mbps up, 9Mbps down in our room. Nice bar.
Sad decline of a good family brand. Makes you wonder if parent company Britannia Hotels is in financial difficulty. Whole place starved of investment, so grotty. Asking everyone to pay cash, as card machine down.
Everything was as stated and it was comfortable. It was cold outside (March) but heating was adequate. Resort was pretty much closed, so ended up going into Burnham on Sea for food & drinks most of the time.
A beautiful apartment with everything you need all taken care of. Lovely comfy bed, with easy access to Burnham on sea pier and shops. Would definitely rec2 when staying in Burnham on sea
The hotel was nice and clean ,
Shower and bathroom very nice ,
Twin beds very comfortable,
Staff very nice and friendly
Will love to come and visit again in the future.
