Curățenia din baie, faptul ca s-au schimbat prosoapele fără a solicita noi. Micul dejun tradițional, suficient, 9,5 pounds. Exista și varianta vegetariana, dar și cea vegana. Hotelul(de fapt este un han) este poziționat f bine, la câteva minute de o stație de tren DLR, care face legătura cu alte stații de tren sau metrou, se ajunge repede în centrul Londrei. Poziționarea este la câteva minute de parcul Greenwich și Muzeul Evantaielor. În parc se pot vizita Muzeul Maritim, meridianul Greenwich și "House of Queen".
