Comfortable and architecturally interesting hotel in an attractive small town. The history files in the hotel foyer (a particularly comfortable area) were fascinating. The common areas of the hotel all seemed very good - traditional and attractive. Our room (No 32) was in Gladstone - a solidly-built house immediately behind the main hotel; it was large and had two upholstered arm chairs, a table, and a desk; the bathroom was excellent (don’t add any cold water when drawing a bath, though - the hot water tap will give you a pleasantly warm bath). There are several good walks in and around the town - ideal for a dog.
With countryside views on the edge of Muir of Ord, Hillview Park offers cosily furnished rooms and full Scottish breakfasts. Free parking is available, and Inverness is 12 miles away.

Excellent breakfast, clean room and very friendly helpful hosts. I was provided with crockery to eat my take-away and a good place to store my bike.

Easy to get to if no car. Hourly bus service from Inverness.
Easy to get to if no car. Hourly bus service from Inverness. Also a less frequent train service. Two local taxi services operate in Beauly area. There are quite a few places to walk (country and riverside walks). Lovely priory to visit. Kilmorack Gallery a few miles outside Beauly also worth a visit. Several eating places and cafes. Recommend The Priory Hotel, The Friary chipper and Corner On The Square gourmet eatery and deli.

We were just passing through on our way to the very top so it was a fleeing visit. Stayed in a fantastic b&b just outside of Beauly. Went into the town in the evening for a meal in the local hotel. A lovely wee town and warrants a return visit to see more of the place and use more of the local ameneties.

I loved the area where the house was which is in Kirkhill not actually in Beauly as Booking.com has stated it’s about a couple of miles out of Beauly but a beautiful place.. Kirkhill is a small village it has a war mausoleum which you can be taken round, also there is a beautiful estate where you can get married in called achnagairn estate and also a lovely walk just around from the property which Sheila and Willie are most helpful in telling you where these all are..
We were very impressed with the cottage. It is actually more of a small house. Heaps of room and fully self-contained with everything we could want to relax for a few days. The freshly baked loaf of bread and milk, butter, and marmalade in the fridge were much appreciated. Andrew, our host, called once we had settled in to make sure all was good, which it was. It was a great place to stay only about 10 minutes from Beauly and 25 minutes from Inverness. Would recommend.
Great central location for easy access to Inverness, Glen Affric and Black Isle.
Beauly is a lovely spot with good options for eating out. Fraser Cottage was very comfortable with a sweet courtyard garden and a unique style of decor such as the many mirrors in the bathroom! Open plan downstairs giving a good spacious feel
Well equipped and fab welcome of shortbread, Irn Bru and milk.
Cheapest fuel for miles was in Beauly- Jet.
Our host Fiona was friendly, welcoming and hospitable. The property looked out on attractive farmland. Our room, though small, was clean and well-appointed. A variety of breakfast choices was provided and the cooked selection was delicious. Plenty of on-site parking was available. Dinner options were possible in Beauly, only a short drive away.
Overnight flight into Inverness so we were tired. The hotel recommended the Swan restaurant which was excellent. It is on the way to the hotel. We were met and showed to our room which was lovely. It had coffee and tea. Breakfast was made to order and we headed on our way to the NC500 route. A nice beginning !
I really liked how quaint the hotel was with traditional Scottish flair. And the hotel is in a great location in the center of the little town Beauly which has some great shops and restaurants. I did not eat at the hotel restaurants but it was nice to know there was food in the hotel in case I needed it.
If you need a starting point towards the northwest of Scotland - this is the place to stay.
The place is big enough for 4 people, the view is great, quiet, 20 minute drive to Inverness.
Drive 30 minutes northwest and you're off to a great scenery.
The B&B was a lot better than lots of hotels we have stayed in
Very clean lovely bedroom and lovely breakfast
Ample off road parking and in a fantastic location
The owner was very friendly and helpful
Would definitely recommend this B&B
Very easy to locate property. Ideal location right in the centre of Beauly. Very close to eating places and shops. Excellent facilities in property and very comfy. Hosts provided clear instructions of how to enter property and apartment.
Wonderful stay! Room was spacious and spotlessly clean, and location was very convenient to explore Inverness and the Loch Ness area. Hosts were so caring and sweet, and the simple breakfast was perfect to kick off the day.
Superb holiday house. All amenities excellent
Cosy and comfortable . Helpful hosts live close by but not intrusive. Peaceful country property with lovely outlook. 8 min drive to Beauly, a lovely village.
The apartment room was amazing and spacious. Having access to a clothes washer made the stay that much more enjoyable. The location is close to major cities, and Beauly is a gorgeous town.
What a great hotel! The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We only spent the one night so we didn't have a chance to eat at the restaurant.
Cozy place with lovely views, both John and Hetty were very helpful throughout my stay. Good place to stay if you’re looking to stay in Beauly or touring wider Inverness.
Bog, clean, near to the highlands and inverness, central of bauly and perfect!
even that you‘re in the heart of beauly it is very silent in this apartment!
This is the most amazing place with amenities one would usually find only in 5 star hotels. Perfect location and wonderful breakfast ! We will be back :)
