The cottage is super comfortable with gorgeous views of the mountains, loch and if you get lucky like we did, deer. Everything you need to dine in if needed. Lots of streaming services if your in at night which I rarely see at other places I stayed. Kimmy, the host couldn't be more friendly or delightful to deal with. Can't rank these guys highly enough. Best interaction and stay I've had so far in using Booking.com all these years. They're amazing.

We just had a wonderfully peaceful stay in these beautiful chalets. Let me tell you, the hosts of Aos Si will go way above and beyond to take care of you. Our kids in the US wanted to surprise us with some special food, drinks, flowers, etc and were able to get ahold of Edward at Aos Si. He did a magnificent job of making their idea into a reality - It was such a fabulous surprise that only happened because he cares about his guests. You don't get that kind of service just anywhere. The chalets are beautifully appointed. I loved the claw-foot tub. So relaxing. We wish we could've stayed much longer!

Stayed here before. It has been refurbished since our last visit. Beautiful room with seating area.
We paid more for a larger room with a view. Some rooms are smaller with a view. Views on to the Sea Loch and mountains, over their colourful garden. Can walk in their garden and along short stretch of shoreline. Large decking area to sit out on. Meals were excellent.
A great village to base yourself in. Lots of activities on offer to suit all interests and a number of eateries to choose from. You don't need to travel that far to outer lying villages which also have well established set ups for tourists/ visitors.

Ballachulish is a small town in a great location - so much good hiking near by. The best thing about the town itself is the Laroach Restaurant. The dishes were so unusual, interesting, and tasty. Try the sweet potato soup if it is offered.

Nothing was too much trouble -she provided medicinal aid for my wife
who was recovering from severe case of bronchitis
The B & B is located in the most beautiful surroundings with mountains
and lochs with exceptional views
A short distance up the road is the Glen Coe Visitor Centre which is well
worth a visit....
Recommend a 3 night stay particularly if the weather gods provide
sunny and fine weather

attractive village next to a loch.
attractive village next to a loch. Handy reasonably short drive to Glencoe chairlift.
Good place to stay for winter sports enthusiasts because if the mountain closes for bad weather Ballachulish has some good walks down by the loch and in the woods behind at low altitude so milder and more sheltered from the wind. so there is something to do and enjoy.
Good spar shop to get supplies if you are self catering.

Ballachulish is small with only a handful or places to eat...
Ballachulish is small with only a handful or places to eat and drink, which we found a bit restrictive as most of them closed at 8pm. The Laroch served nice food, as did the Quarriers Kitchen next door serving takeaway fish, chips, and pizza. Unfortunately we found the area didn't cater well to vegetarians/vegans. The lochside location of Ballachulish is beautiful and a great spot for access to Glencoe.
The location is excellent, with views over the Loch of Glencoe. The cottage / pod is located directly in the village of Glencoe, with its beautiful scenery and its stormy history.
The hosts were extremely friendly, without being in any way intrusive.
The village of Glencoe is an excellent base for local walks, as well as for making tours into the highlands, or to the island of Mull.
The cottage was clean, with all the facilities which are required.
This was in such an amazing location in Glencoe. Surrounded by the stone mountains. like something out of a fairy tale. My daughter and I walked the West Highland Way for a few days but then had to give into blisters and tired feet. This was such a great place to relax and hang out while my sister finished that days hike. They have a Restaurant and a couple of bar areas that were really fun to hang out at and get a great bite to eat or drink.
Beautiful, cozy lodge hidden away in gorgeous Ballachulish with amazing facilities (large cosy super king bed, large free standing bath, microwave, mini-fridge, warm fire/heating, towels/robes, etc - everything you need!). Easy booking - book it then staff will message you on the day with the name of your lodge is and the key will be in the door ready for you! We had an amazing time and will definitely come back and stay again.
the house and room/bathroom was absolutely terrific. the owners went above and beyond to make us comfortable, inviting us to enjoy their outdoor area, offering us countless refreshments and offering suggestions of nearby restaurants. the hosts even made us breakfast for the road since we couldn’t stay. they also supplied us with water and snacks for the road!
they are lovely people and we would stay again in a heartbeat!
A gem of a guest house!
Perfect location within easy access to shops, restaurants, petrol station (which sells almost everything you could want) and a beautiful mountain view!
Secure parking onsite with a garden for the dogs to have a play.
Pamela the owner made us very welcome and we enjoyed every minute of our stay here.
A great base and I will definitely be returning later in the year.
Location good, tucked away on a side street, nice and quiet. 6 or 7 minutes walk to the pretty decent pub/restaurant, 10 minutes walk to the shop.
Great house in Ballachulish, really spacious and comfortable, there were just 4 of us staying but would easily accomodate 6, 7, or 8 Very well equipped with everything you need to self-cater. Very happy, would recommend.
The atmosphere / vibe of the Inn, the location, the food, the staff, the amazing bar and restaurant out the back. Bonus - it was adults-only. Local musicians came and played for us on the Sunday night which really made our evening. The room was cozy, warm, the beds were really comfortable, and the views outside when you wake up of the mountains are incredible!
everything! it’s an adorable tiny house, making with love! you find everything you need. the bed is one of the most comfortable hotel beds we slept in.
the owners (Edyta) is very friendly and also reliable. we got deserved a healthy and delicious basket for breakfast. this accommodation is highly recommended! thanks for this pleasant stay!
The Owner was very kind and always ready to Help. We could choose between a Continental and Scottish Breakfast - we choose the latter and enjoyed it a lot! The Room was very cozy and clean.
Ballachulish is very small but has a few very good walking Routes with beautiful Views. We definetely recommend it!
It was remote and quiet, close to restaurants if you wanted to go out for tea but also equipped with everything you need to have a cosy night in. The owner are just across the road if you need anything but don't bother you and leave you to do your own thing. Lovely people.
the view from outside was beautiful, mountains in every direction.
we are in the restaurant and the food was lovely as was the breakfast. The staff at breakfast were especially friendly snd warm
It is located just by the loch with a great mountain view from the garden. The room was spotlessly clean. WiFi worked well. The host provided helpful information about local restaurants.
Alexander greeted us and helped with our luggage. The accommodation was clean and so beautiful. The gardens were just magical. Everything about Ballachulish House was perfect.
Separate accommodations connected to owners residence. 2-bedroom, 2- bath with kitchen and laundry. beautiful setting and close proximity to the highlights of the Highlands
