Not a great fan of continental type breakfasts and this was no exception. Property was quite pleasing and the rooms were sufficient size to be comfortable and well laid out. Plenty of towels etc for the shower as required. Host was pleasant and good to talk with.

We was staying in the area to see friends so not site seeing. Town has a few shops and restaurants coffee shops. We was lucky that the local garden centre had a craft fair on one of the days so that was a nice day.

A wonderful market town with all the facilities to suit every need. Buzzing with life. Lots of shops and a great Sainsbury supermarket. Petrol was a good price too. And they had my favourite sherry. Good old Mr Sainsbury.

Attleborough is a small, quiet town.
Attleborough is a small, quiet town. The train station means that if you don't want to bring a car you can get to Norwich or Cambridge and all of the stations in between within about 30 minutes. There also appears to be a good bus service but we did not use this. We took our bikes and found that Attleborough has plenty of off road cycling routes in the town. We cycled to Watton and to the area around Thetford on quiet roads and off road cycle routes, so cycling is a good option even for nervous riders. The only down side was that due to restaurants being closed because of Covid issues and staff holidays we did struggle to find food on occasion. We did have superb meals at The Griffin Pub and Shapla Restaurant in the town centre.

This was a business trip, so didn't spend a lot of time in the town. However, several good coffee shops along the main street. Excellent Indian restaurant "Rose of India." Parking in town a bit challenging.
Beautiful, spacious room equipped with everything you could need for a restful stay. Hotel is Situated in it's own grounds close to the town and all it's facilities. Especially good for us as we were attending a charity Peaky Blinders themed event at Attleborough Town Football Club so meant we could walk there and back without needing to book a taxi. Breakfast was available but we were meeting friends elsewhere in town for breakfast so can't comment on that, although I'm sure it would have been excellent too.
The traditional look which was a big difference from the chain hotel where I usually stay. Even the windows were single pane but heating very effective. Bathroom was quite cold due to no heating but quite understandable for this sort of building.
Food at the Stag is fabulous - when in the area, we love to go there. Personally, I love the carvery! Breakfast is always great and we had family come join us. The staff were great in finding us a table. Thank you!!
Room was as promised. Our pet was made to feel welcome. The food was very good pub food and we enjoyed having a room to ourselves. The hotel was easy to find and parking was readily available.
The hotel was clean and everything inside was well presented.
The bed was comfortable and the room had everything needed as a traveller.
The staff were friendly and very helpful.
Sherbourne House is a wonderful family run hotel, staff very helpful and the rooms were beautifully decorated and immaculate.
Breakfast was excellent!
Will definately stay again
The location was brilliant for attending an event in Norwich. The hotel was lovely. Amazing facilities, parking and food. Breakfast included was amazing value.
