Really busy in the restaurant when my wife and I arrived but was greeted in a friendly welcoming way.
We were asked about dinner that evening and said if possible we would prefer a long late lunch and this was granted.
The great service continued throughout our stay and the food exceptional.
Probably one of our favourite stays over a long life of short stays.

I liked that the place prepares you in the literature and description, for how run down it is. That way, you're not disappointed. It's a beautiful building in a stunning location. but it very tired and needs a small fortune spending on it. The room though was lovely and comfortable, and breakfast did the job.

Lovely location! Modern, clean, beautifully decorated apartment with all the comforts of home. It exceeded our expectations. Yummy cafe right on the property. Gorgeous flowers everywhere. We loved it!

Lovely little place tucked away. Great walks and some lovely local pubs just a short drive away. We loved Lake of Menteith and also close to Loch Lomond and Stirling. The Lion and Unicorn was great

We enjoyed that our pod was at the furthest end of the site...
We enjoyed that our pod was at the furthest end of the site so had greater privacy. Views were incredible. The outdoor seating, fire pit and hot tub were great perks. Nice clean private bathroom on site. Cosy comfortable accommodation ideal for venturing into the Trossachs.

It is an ideal location to explore the Trussochs National Park and surrounding areas. There is alot more to do here than meets the eye and I wish we had had a week to explore everything and enjoy some activities outside when the weather was lovely!
