Staff were amazing - so helpful and friendly, right down to knowing who I was when I arrived and ensuring my dietary requirements for breakfast. Room was clean, extra pillows in the wardrobe and the mini fridge was a huge bonus including stocked with cold water which was a lovely touch.

Continental breakfast ideal for us. Location excellent, just off High Street.
The room was clean and tidy, the beds were good.
The windows had child safety features, the heating, hot water and bath/shower was fine.
All in all it was a great night's stay at a very fair price.
We were all very happy 😊

Hotel was great with wonderful views.
Hotel was great with wonderful views. But the breakfast at the service station is terrible. Do yourself a favour and travel 5 mins south to a much much better option. The next junction south has a truckers cafe just off the main road with ample parking. the food was brilliant and well priced. We will definitely be going back for some more of their breakfast on option.
This hotel is perfect as a long-distance stopover. Despite being situated at a service station just off the M74 the location is beautiful with lots of wildlife around. The room was quiet and very clean, the bed very comfortable, the bathroom also clean and well-equipped with bath/shower, shaver socket and excellent lighting. The receptionist, Lynne was welcoming and helpful.
Handy hint – stop off in Moffat (south of here) for cheap fuel, and for food in the 'Rumbling Tum' cafe.
Well-appointed clean room. Very welcoming staff. A great location for LandsEnd-John O'Groats cycling. Cycle friendly. Sited on a small Motorway Service area so on-site choice of evening eateries, and good breakfast operator. Pleasant small lounge area in hotel with bottled beer and soft drinks available to purchase for residents.
This is a budget hotel in a convenient location next to the M74. Having said that , it was a really good find and great value for the price paid. The room was spacious, clean, and offered all the necessary. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and there was a breakfast option next door which was also good value.
The Days Inn at Abington, Scotland has a super location. It is located next to a super service area which offers all types of food, general store and a furl station. Our room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
I have used this hotel for 20 plus years as I always have dogs with me and the staff are always very accommodating of them. There's plenty of room to exercise the dogs and we ask for a ground floor room. For that reason I don't worry about the decor.
I slept like a baby for the first time in weeks. I don't know if it was the drive from Essex, but I hit the pillow and was out like a light. Also, the location does wonders to the hotel's benefit, as the view was stunning.
Does what it says on the tin. A stop over on the way to Edinburgh. Arrived late and checkin was fine, accomodation was slightly worn but all very clean, room was warm and hotel was quiet so slept well.
Requested a quiet room and was allocated one which was very quiet indeed. Staff are super-friendly and I can highly recommend this hotel. Excellent value for money too.
