Beds were very comfortable. We asked for a quiet room and were moved to one at the rear of the property. It was very quiet. Our daughters stayed at the front and the road which is immediately outside. It is a little noisy so if road noise is a problem for you make sure you get a room at the rear.
The breakfast is very good with plenty of choice - once you can get to it.

When we entered the room , there was a terrible smell and an electric cable running over the carpet. The toilet had an awful smell and my wife and I did not feel safe so we left. The person who we spoke to was from Kharis Homes and they have now withdrawn from Bokking.com's website

Made a booking at this property for 3 people (went with them based on the good reviews I saw). Card got charged, Got a confirmation that the booking was all confirmed. Arrived at the property - though I was not sent any arrival emails or information on how to check-in to the property, I believed all was already arranged, because I have never had issues booking accommodation through booking.com.
Got to the property, no front desk, called the number of the property showing on the reservation, and I was told my booking was cancelled. I was shocked and asked them why was I not informed beforehand, no reasonable response was provided. Travelled with my wife and kid - we had no alternatives.
I have reached out to booking.com, but they said the property is not responding to their emails or calls. That means until now, no apology has been given, neither has the money charged from my card being refunded. This calls for a chargeback though, but had to drop this review before going further.

The apartment was decent and cleanliness was good.
The apartment was decent and cleanliness was good. The main thing that ruined it was the broken heater in the bedroom which was then replaced by the friendly host however the new heater stopped working an hour later.
Another bad experience was that there was no hot water in the bathroom whereas the kitchen sink had very hot water.
Host was pretty clear that if kitchen sink has hot water bath and shower will be hot however my family and I all had ice cold showers on cold winter day because of course there was absolutely no hot water!!
