Did not like how the owner took my deposit of 500 Euro to repair their used toilet sit (break and tear..) and charged us the 220 euro for it.
Also did not like dealing with Booking .com as they did not even reply to us, or help us in anyway.
Will not used booking.com anymore,

Location. The place is near metro station, 5 minutes away. But also, very near to the train station which can take you to Disneyland, Versailles… And you have everything you need in the place, iron, washing machine, microwave, hair dryer…

Vincennes is a lovely little gem just outside Paris city limits. Its home to a Chateau and a massive park. Prices don't reflect the distance from city centre but if youre looking for a quiet well connected area I would recommend staying here. We found some great places to eat and there are supermarkets too. Everything was walkable or connected by buses and trains.

There are quite a few option for restaurants around. And markets to show from.
Definitely not a tourist place but friendly local people.
Close to large park to some launch if you are taking time off from visiting paris center.
It was a best choise to stay where close to RER train to go Disneyland unless you are staying at disneyland hotels.

A great place for getting into Paris to see the sights.
A great place for getting into Paris to see the sights. The Chateau of Vincennes is also worth seeing and not on many people’s must do list. Few tourists, no crowds and empty seats when you get on the metro. There is even a movie theatre close by.

To me Vincennes is a wonderful suburban community of Metropolitan Paris. A little more green space because of the Parc Floral de Paris and Bois de Vincennes. Every thing you need can be found in the core with a great selection of retail and service stores throughout. I hear the Paris Jazz Festival held in Vincennes during July is fabulous!!

As previously stated, excellent location, short walk to subway; small rooms (some at least that I know of), very tight fit going up stairs so if carrying a lot keep that mind (not sure if elevator was working but it equally looked quite small); maybe. Kit a bit deal if the location and price are ok with you; Crystal at front desk was amazing—very friendly and quite helpful with suggestions for the area. Chateau de Vincennes is about a 10 minute walk away but worth the visit, full of history (at least 2 hours).

The Park Floral and the Chateau of Vincennes were good and interesting. People in the park were friendly , and there were events held there. There woods and common ground nearby in which to walk freely.
Nice hotel next to the Metro stop Berault in Vincennes in a good neighbourhood. Safe place to go also in the evening and there are some nice restaurants and shops around. During the day easy metro access to the centre, which is very comfortable. The hotel rooms are nice, friendly staff which is there 24/7 and we enjoyed it very much and will come back for sure!
We liked the nice area with supermarkets and restaurants close by as well as the metro. The rooms are modern with kitchen facility's and fine beds. We asked for two seperate beds and two studio's next to each other, which request was met by the reception. The hotel has a private garage, which can be reached from the back of the hotel, euro 15 per day.
The location is perfect! It is around 10 minutes walking to Fountenay-Sous-Bois RER station, so you can easily go to Paris and visit the main attractions.
The accommodation is really comfy and provide you the basic in the kitchen for you to prepare meals, if it is the case.
The staff was helpful and attentive all the time.
The personnel was very nice and helpful.
The location was perfect, quiet.
Near the Château de Vincennes as well as many stores and restaurants.
The lobby was cosy and had a British old-fashioned style and charm.
The bed was excellent.
There is a large and new TV with many channels.
Great personnel, very attentive to their customers needs.
Very comfy bed, TV with many international channels.
Nearby the Bois de Vincennes, métro line 1 stop Château de Vincennes, many buses.
Lots of shops and good restaurants in the immediate surroundings.
Quiet room at my request.
The apartments are spacious and very well designed and fitted, super clean and maintained as well.
There is also a groceries store and a couple of very nice bakeries in the vicinity of the hotel, so not having a breakfast is no issue at all.
Staff is very kind and engaged.
Highly recommend this hotel in Paris! My husband and I stayed for one night and had an amazing experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, our room was spacious and luxurious, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Five stars all around!
The apartments were very clean and spacious. High quality finishes. The common areas still need upgrades but those are planned soon. It was fabulous to have a small kitchen and living area. We will definitely return next time in Vincennes.
Fantastic location. Outside of Paris, but the RER metro reaches the center in 10 minutes. Quiet, beautiful, safe neighborhood. The apartment is small, but has everything you need. Friendly hosts. For recommendation.
Staff in the day were amazing . Hotel location is a 3 minute walk from Vincennes RER station which is really easy to arrive from CDG Aiport. Really clean and comfortable.
Very centrally located, near shops and transport, calm surroundings and close to the chateau de Vincennes. The owner is very kind and ready to help and give advices.
Clean room matching the hotel's theme. Close to metro and train stations - perfect location if you visit Paris by car but want to avoid driving in the city center
