Staff was very friendly and helpful. I asked for 2 rooms next to each other and the receptionist did exactly that. There is enough parking space and this hotel is perfect if you are just passing through bordeaux. What I really liked was the bed. I woke up in the morning full of energy and this is mainly because of the mattrass/bed they use.
