Facilities, location, parking, very helpful staff especially in ski shop, coped well with late evening arrival, classy entertainment in bar, free shuttle bus to restaurants, cage lift directly across road, ski shop in basement, ski-in to ski shop storage when weather permits which it did when I stayed.
