It's only a short bus ride into the centre of Rambouillet (including the train station: Gare SNCF) or you can walk it in 35 minutes. It's quite a pleasant walk after the first 5 minutes which you spend navigating through the commercial/industrial area. The advantage of the above area is that restaurants, a huge supermarket and a large McDonald's are just a few minutes' walk from the hotel if you need them. The breakfast was ok (although no gluten-free options: maybe you need to tell them in advance). Cédric was the only staff member I met and he is VERY helpful. It makes such a big difference when hotels have pleasant and considerate staff who "go the extra mile". Thank-you again, Cédric!

During my 4-night-stay, I wondered why there weren’t so many guests. The two guys, who run the hotel, are super nice, take care of everything and fulfill every wish. The hotel is cheaper than the comparable hotels closeby and it’s standard is extremely high. I had a perfect stay, thank you for that!

The bed, pillows, and down quilt were sooo comfortable ! The rain shower was great too. Everything was impecably clean and the three gentlemen who helped me check-in, eat a fantastic steak dinner, set up a little breakfast buffet (only for me 🤭) and gave me reccommendations on good walking paths were very kind.
