The host stayed in contact with us and replied back fast if i had a question. We loved that it was right across the street from a huge mall/food court. Right around or through the mall (10-15 min walk) is the train station where the next stop is Disneyland Paris!

Apartment was lovely and as described. Great location in what felt like a very secure area and perfect for our overnight stay ahead of going to Disney. If you were a large family, seems a perfect location for Disney as only a few minutes Uber ride.
The host Patrick sent me clear, detailed instructions on how to access the property and where to locate the keys along with photos. Super easy to follow.

Everything about this property was fantastic. The location to Disney is perfect, a simple 10 minute trip on the bus and your there! It has a huge shopping mall & supermarket right on the doorstep perfect for shopping and eating out. The area is beautiful and safe and has a luxurious feel to it. The apartment is a lovey size with all the mod cons and home comforts required to live self catering quite comfortably. It has a fresh clean fee to it and a lovely balcony to sit and relax on whilst watching the world go by. The hosts were perfect, very welcoming with lots of information to assist with your stay. This is the definition of value for money! I would highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay in the serris area.

Clean , spacious apartment located at a convenient location. Instructions given on how to find and access the apartment were clear and easy to follow. Felt very homey as everything needed were there. A 5 star accommodation. Information booklet provided was very useful and reliable to our stay, especially for places to eat. Would recommend.

Excellent location with a free bus to Disneyland Paris within a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Staff very friendly and once checked out the room you can leave luggage at the hotel so you can enjoy your last day without worrying about taking luggage with you. Great shopping and restaurants close by. Hotel does need a face lift in some communal areas.

Serris is a lovely clean area which is in a fantastic location right next to the Val d''Europe shopping centre and walking distance to the Disneyland Parks. It was very pretty at Christmas with all the lights :)

Central Paris is also very easy to get to with RER (train station is only 10 min walk). The apartment is not a luxury hotel but very well equipped, we had everything what we needed, very good value for this price. We paid in advance and than got all the information needed to self-check-in (keys were in a lock box). We would definately recommend this apartment.

The apartment is beautifully done and a lot of thought and effort went into it. As a result, our kids will remember “The Alice House” for many years. So many memories were made. We stayed at Disney sequoia lodge before this apartment and I think the Alice house is WAYYYYY BETTER! Book this before the Disney hotels. You won’t regret it.
