Hotel du Mont Servy, hotel in Sainte-Énimie

Quietly located amidst nature, 10 km from Sainte-Enimie, Hotel du Mont Servy is next to Cevennes Natural Park. It offers simply decorated rooms with mountain views and free Wi-Fi in all areas.

The room was spotlessly clean. A top sheet and woollen blanket on the bed instead of just a doona. Plenty of hot water. The host showed us to our room and served us our evening meal. The food was very good.

The castle , the rooms, the food was excellent. The staff very good and friendly. Always wanted to stay in a castle once in my life and this one did not disappoint. You have to have the dinner experience, so so good. The breakfast was also very good and buffet style. It was raining and even we still had a wonderful time.

La ferme des Cévennes, hotel in Sainte-Énimie

Situated in Florac Trois Riviere, 37 km from Aven Armand Cave, La ferme des Cévennes features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace.

The genuine rural farm setting in the beautiful Cevenne, up a 2 mile track, with lovely walks all around. The communal evening meal with all guests round a big table was nice, and for the meat eaters, the sausage roasted on the fire was probably lovely. Very friendly family who made us feel welcome in their home.

Sainte-Enimie itself is a gorgeous village with stunning views. Probably best to avoid height of summer visits, as it gets pretty crowded, but even then it's pretty special. Chateau de la Caze is worth visiting even in summer, because it's just not crowded since there aren't that many rooms.

It is a small hotel. It is managed by an older couple. They really take care. We did leave a day earlier, and they insisted to pay the money back, although it was not possible by booking.com. We had the 4-persons room. The gave more spece to live, like a big bath room. Other rooms have balconies. You have a view over the river and mountain. The village is great. Beautiful old medieval streets. Nice restaurants.

We thought the room was pretty ordinary, given the stunning location. A hand held shower head that wasn’t flexible, so you literally had to hold it for the whole shower. No Wi-Fi or iron or air con and (due to the fly invasion (not the hotels fault)) it was necessary to close the windows, so the room was stuffy and hot. Dinner was nice. But the service was all over the place. Long waits.

We stayed in the main building - one junior suite and one double room. The rooms were spectacular, spotless, with gorgeous views of the river and cliffs. The office staff was very forthcoming and helpful (e.g. we needed help to make covid test reservations). The swimming pool and jacuzzi were great. Overall, the hotel experience was top-notch and unique.

All the staff was superfriendly!👍 The location of the hotel is splendid. We had a cornerroom in the castle itself with the bathroom in the turret. Absolutely lovely! And then there was a cute cat who received us at the bottom of the stairs, guided us to the buffet and to the table….. (ok, he probably was after the spoils 😁)

It's a cosy place surrounded by nature, and the mountain view is in front of our room. The location is perfect, it only takes us a few minutes drive to get to Sainte Enimie where we can easily find a company to rent a kayak. Also, the hotel hosts were very friendly and kind to us. We had a wonderful time here.

This medieval castle at the foot of the gorge beside the river Tarn is immense, a most majestic setting for a hotel. The interior of the hotel does not disappoint either. there are few finer places to dine than on the terrace overlooking the river and gardens with the sun dappled cliffs above.
