Everything. Probably the best apartment I've ever rented for tourism. Nice, clean, good condition, everything works fine (except the coffee maker but they will surely fix it), super quiet, parking available, comfortable beds and pillows, super TV, internet, fully furnished. And amazing price.
Also no weird rules and kept clean and serviced.
