La Bohal' Loire is a very charming place to stay, close to the bike route „la Loire à Velo“. It is a tastefully renovated manor house, with a well-kept private garden and a newly built pool. There was a shelter where we could leave our bikes. We were staying there with our kids and had two beautiful rooms with a separate bathroom and toilet. All rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast is lovely with freshly squeezed orange juice, homemade yogurt and jam. The landlady is very nice and helpful and did everything to make our stay an unforgettable experience - thank you so much for your hospitality!

Casa Mila is Cindy and Jeremy’s labour of love. Such a lovely property and amazing hosts. Nestled in the heart of the Loire valley, this is an old house which they have painstakingly restored beautifully to highest standard. The property is well suited for couples and families (we are a family of 3 with a 5 year old). We stayed for 9 nights. Breakfast is absolutely stunning (don’t miss the Casa Mila bowls and the pancakes are to die for). The location is spectacular, right on the Loire river, with a 10 minute walk to the village & local shop, pharmacy & boulangerie. The hosts are very warm, attentive and proud of what they have achieved. The heated pool is a gem, and the newly opened spa facilities look amazing. Cindy & Jeremy gave us plenty of recommendations on places to eat (we tried all their recommendations and each & every one was exceptional) and shop, both locally as well as in the nearby cities of Angers & Saumur. There is also no shortage of Chateaus and vineyards just a short drive away. All in all, we had an amazing stay at Casa Mila, and we will return.

This is an extremely well done upstairs barn conversion. Very modern, clean and warm. The bed is low but I am 60 and was very able to get in and out of bed. The hostess was lovely and communication before and during our visit was excellent. The location is beautiful and very peaceful. (Local towns not geared up to feeding tourists in the evenings during March; so best to eat main meal out at lunchtimes. Our host said this situation is better from May onwards.) Tea and coffee facilities in room and Microwave at entrance below the stairs.
