Heading north to Calais this was a last minute booking due to a change of travel plans. I didn't know the area but this was a great choice. Located close to a restaurant and large supermarket with fuel. Onsite fenced parking. Clean and well presented, good sized rooms. Staff exceptionally helpful. Breakfast was simple, but sufficient.

We felt privileged to stay here. Our own (well almost) French chateau. Our hosts Stephane and Sylvie were so gracious. Stephane met us on the driveway as we arrived and welcomed us warmly to his home. He showed to our large spacious bedroom with a so so comfortable bed (and pillows). We also had a large en-suite bathroom with twin sinks. But the best part, the very best part was Sylvies cooking. We took advantage of their dinner offer of three course and it was simply delicious. So beautifully crafted and cooked to perfection. This was followed in the morning by a fabulous three course breakfast. If you are lucky enough to stay here be sure to take advantage of any food offered you won’t regret it. The location was so peaceful too all we heard was birdsong and we can’t wait to return.
