We were on a tour and Gournay seemed a suitable location for an overnight break but there did not appear to be any restaurants only pizza parlours. A rather sad town but redeemed by its nearness to Gerberoy and Lyons la Foret - both very, very pretty villages . We were enroute to Amien Sadly, nothing much else to recommend it!

Lovely clean room, great facilities, ideal town centre location but very quiet. Very helpful and efficient booking in and out procedure. Secure bike storage. Good selection of places to eat within a few minute's walk.

With little warning they put me up and bike safe in garage and close to my cycle route for the next day. it is in centre of town with plenty of restaurants. breakfast good with home made jams etc. Hotel is quite dated in decor but I liked that. Rooms were a very good size and everything clean and maintained. Sun terrace at back.

As so often in France, the hotel breakfast is a very good deal and this one in particular had fabulous croissants. Our host was especially welcoming and helpful and we enjoyed a good chat with him after breakfast.
