Quiet, privacy and most important amazingly kind and interesting host couple; both made us feel at home immediately. The location was perfect. Close to transportation, the Promenade, and the old city. The room was beautiful and comfortable with a very nice view of the park and a little bit of the beach. It was also mostly quiet and very well climate controlled for the season. Breakfast was very good.
