Very handy location as wanted somewhere to stay after crossing through the euro tunnel very late at night. Fitted the bill perfectly as a place to stopover before heading further into Europe after a good sleep. Very comfy bed. Bathroom a bit basic and plastic but overall a very good hotel for the price.

Awesome place and perfect for City Europe and local markets and eateries.
Calais Centre is brilliant with plenty to do, great beaches and Friteries (Chips, enough to feed a Country)
I recommend La Coupole at St Omer,,Blockhaus d'Eperlecques also near St Omer, Batterie Todt (Closed until March) near Wizernes between Sangatte and Boulogne sur Mer.

Coquelles is a small group of housing and industrial units between Calais proper and Sangatte. It is not a place to visit for tourists, you need a car, although Calais and Sangatte are a only stiff walk away.

Didn’t spend enough time to give a helpful review.
Didn’t spend enough time to give a helpful review. We ate at the Poivre Rouge. Staff very nice but the steak my wife had was the most overpriced piece of meat I have ever seen. The steak - butchers cut - is in the photo. It cost €15.50 on its own!!

We have previously visited just to go through the Tunnel.
We have previously visited just to go through the Tunnel. Time on our hands this time, meant that we could visit some of the beaches. Those at Sangatte were truly lovely and well worth spending a day or more at. Coquelles itself has a good supermarket, restaurants etc, so worth breaking the journey there and preparing either for an excursion further into France, or the trip back home. And if you have time, Cap Gris-Nez is also lovely!

The hotel and ones next to it has a large police presence and many police vehicles in the car park making it feel very safe and secure. The location is perfect for the tunnel and shopping, where it is quite basic it suits well for an overnight stop.
Staff friendly and efficient.
Furnishings a little tired.
Very close to the tunnel in a nice part of Coquelles/Calais. Have stayed in various budget places prior to taking ferry or tunnel and this was much better than Premier Classe or F1. Very happy with everything, and for the price you couldn’t ask for more. Twin room was a good size, clean, with en-suite bath and shower. Most importantly it had a towel rail to dry my soaking clothes!!
Very comfortable room. Close to local restaurants and very handy for Eurotunnel. As we were staying 2 nights we discovered a local bus service and were able to go to the centre of Calais for some sightseeing. Bonus being that the buses are free of charge. We cannot comment about the breakfast as we didn't eat here.
Excellent hotel, great staff, very friendly and professional. Room big enough for two persons and a Bernese mountain dog, dog welcome at the bar and in the restaurant. Wonderful breakfast. Excellent value. Will come back.
Location was good, room for disabled was good, evening meal really nice and good breakfast,we had our dog with us and we had no problem at the hotel, all staff very helpful,we have stayed there before and will stay again
Easy to find, plenty parking space. Close to eurotunnel. Provided a very comfortable nights sleep after our long journey 10 hour journey up france. Refreshed ready for the next leg of our journey to Yorkshire.
A convenient base for our return trip to the UK, given the hotel was less than a few minutes to Le Shuttle. Would happily stay there again when next travelling between Calais and Berlin.
Location next to Eurotunnel is ideal. Two star accommodation more than adequate for us. B&B hotels have 3 and 4 star accommodation next door if that is what you require.
Excellent location near the Calais exit from Eurostar tunnel; the room was clean and quiet and well-equipped. Breakfast was fine and the best feature was the pool.
Such helpful staff! We were stuck in Calais after our car broke down and we’re so grateful for the extra accommodating staff and great facilities, 24/7 food etc
We did not have breakfast.
The hotel is very convenient for us as we travel through France.
Unfortunately the mattress is too hard for a good night sleep.
Quick and easy check in even late at night. Secured parking space very close to Calais Eurotunnel which is exactly what I was looking for. Value for money.
