I was worried about insects. I actually saw one in the toilet but it came from behind the heater. I think even if you're very carefu in cleaning it's hard to detect those. So, I wouldn't blame them. I think in total the house keeping does an amazing work. The quality of the rooms are very high and I definitely give them credit for that. I think they are sound proof as my stay was very peaceful and quiet. The beds are comfortable. The house keeping also cleans the room very well. I think in general it is absolutely a good choice.

This conveniently located hotel, easy to reach from any place in Paris, allowed me to have a very comfortable, quiet, clean room for a budget price. While other hotels were so expensive, with this this hotel Porte de Bercy I could afford to stay in Paris. The food for breakfast was varied, plentiful and delicious, in large and airy rooms. I recommend it to tourist so they can sleep well and do not burn a hole in their wallet

Good point is the shopping centre but it seems to be on the verge of closing down. Pärking underneath the hotel is shared with the centre and there are loads of spaces available for a reasonable amount of 12 euros from midnight to midday. Unfortunately that's all there is to say, the place is extremely difficult to get to with the signage not very clear, even with satnav. Traffic is horrendous and if you miss your junction you have to go all the way round the system again. Good point is that an Uber will cost only about 9 euros to get you to Porte Dorée area where there are lots of interesting things to see and visit. Charenton le Pont is too remote for anyone wanting to do touristy things.

Stayed there due to a conference close to the area. Otherwise would not recommend. The rooms and building in general are quite old and the service was inadequate at times, particularly when it comes to the variety of options for room service. There is a superb bakery though very close as you exit the hotel. Also it was thankfully close to Liberte metro station making transport convenient. The hotel is located in a very quiet neighborhood. It is also close to the Bercy Bus Station which gives very good Bus connectivity to inter Europe destinations. There is a shopping mall in the same building where you can get your required things. Very good option compared to its value. This building also has another hotel named ibis Paris Porte de Bercy.
