The hostess very graciously allowed us to book in somewhat of a crisis at the last minute and we arrived after the permitted time but the welcome was absolutely fabulous! These are really lovely people to stay with so treat the place well as this is an absolute gem! We stayed in the Freida Khalo suite which was fabulous and there is a beautiful local pub down the road selling fabulous Moules Mariniere so all in all a hidden gem!

Corinne and Cedric are lovely people who made us feel very welcome. The breakfasts were just perfect: proper English tea in a teapot (!!!!!!!!!!!! 🤣 surprisingly important to a travelling Englishwoman), good coffee, perfect scrambled eggs, delicious patisserie... Corinne's friendly advice on places to visit was extremely helpful - we visited places we'd never have thought to go, based on just a Google search.
The hotel is situated just a 15-minute walk from the centre of Salies and the bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was great, I wish we could have taken it home with us.
