We like everything about Bellevue. The welcome was excellent and the friendly, efficient, helpful staff could not do enough for us. I’d like to call out Harrison who was just brilliant, always a warm greeting with a smile and super helpful.
The breakfast had lots of choice and the Nutella jar was always full which our 10 year old was happy about!
The rooms were great as was the bar area and restaurant.
The hotel is perfectly situated for the ski lifts and ESF ski school and has a fab apres bar which was great after a days skiing.
We would definitely visit again and recommend Bellevue.
In the heart of the Portes du Soleil ski area, this hotel is situated near the ski lifts. Alpen Roc offers a spa centre, covered swimming pool and hot tub.

Great location. Breakfast was great, and was an excellent start to a days skiing. The theme of the hotel is really nice. The facilities were good. Jacuzzi and pool onsite for relaxation after a long day.
The staff were awesome, so helpful and made our stay very welcoming.

Nice small hotel and easy parking. Not too far from the center but a car is needed.

Beautiful room, wonderfully friendly staff, good ski storage area, very frequent shuttles to the lifts, and an absolutely outstanding breakfast. Pretty close to perfect all in- coming back from a long days skiing to a sauna and swim followed by a drink by the fireplace looking out over the valley was heavenly.
With direct access to the ski slopes, this hotel is located 300 metres from Morzine city centre. It offers a swimming pool, a bar and chalet-style room with free Wi-Fi internet access.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Very friendly staff. Family run. Always attentive.
They transfered us in the morning to the avoriaz bubble and picked us up at night.
Breakfast was first class.
Whole family were very polite and had a great sense of humour.
Quiet well furnished rooms, good powerful shower.
Good ski and boot room downstairs.
7 min walk to centre of morzine.
Didn't try the pool but looked nice. Pizza very good!
Will definitely be back.
Chalet-Hôtel Macchi is located in Châtel, in the ski area of Porte du Soleil. It offers rooms with balconies that overlook the mountains of the Abondance Valley and a spa.
Ski resorts don't come much better. Ski in/out accommodation, high and snow-sure. Great access to a lot of terrain. No cars in the resort. Good selection of dining options. Get out of the immediate resort area and you'll find less lift queues and quieter slopes.

Beautiful little resort, centrally nestled in a much larger ski area which is very accessible from here. Lots of facilities and a party atmosphere if you’re looking for that. Family friendly, the horse and cart and decor of the place is very magical!

An absolutely beautiful place, compact with everything within a short walk and very family friendly. Skiers and non-skiers can enjoy it equally. Good skiing, but if you are an advanced skier expecting to conquer a different slope in every run, and lots of blacks this might be smaller than you would expect. Still, for families and less experienced skiers a superb destination

Really enjoyed Avoriaz with skiing for all abilities...
Really enjoyed Avoriaz with skiing for all abilities including some fun runs for kids and big kids :) Restaurants on slopes for lunch/snacks. Plenty toilets on slopes in busier areas.
Avoriaz is a car free zone so arrangements need to be made to get yourself and luggage to apartment from the drop off point. Horse and carts available and also a self push style cart to put your luggage in.
The main street area for eating out gets busy, you would need to book in plenty time or go early to a couple of the restaurants to guarantee not queuing. Friendly and helpful people in the resort.

Skiing was amazing! will definitely be back.
Skiing was amazing! will definitely be back. Remember only to book avoriaz only passes if not skiing outside of the avoriaz area otherwise you will pay through the roof for porte du soleil area when not needed.
Ensure you take cold and flu medicine with you as the pharmacy or supermarket doesnt have this kind of medicine, what they will sell you is a very expensive vitamin that doesnt do anything at all!

Avoriaz is quite high so the snow conditions were very good, even though we were there late in the season. I like the fact that there are no cars in the resort and its quite easy to get around. There are some good bars and restaurants in the village centre. Everything is quite compact so you are never far from somewhere to eat and drink. We will be returning to Avoriaz for sure!
The front of house areas are fantastic and have been recently refurbished to a high standard. We loved that it was all inclusive, all three meals and afternoon waffles / crepes and thought the quality of the drinks on offer and the buffet was very good. The location is great - a short walk to town and it really is ski in ski out, with convenient ski set rental shop in the hotel. Avoriaz is a perfect resort, pedestrian only, it was really fun and charming to get horse drawn sleigh taxis to and from the hotel
Location was at the top of the resort, but were able to ski in and ski out. Access to the resort can be accessed through several building via lift/stairs and arrive in the centre of town. SnowCat Taxis are available 24/7 and the telephone number is located in the apartment lift making transfers back to the central car park very easy and good value for money. No need to struggle with your luggage!
Breakfast was excellent with great staff. Very cool pool with jet streams.
Overall extremely welcoming and helpful staff. Especially Camille and her male colleague in the afternoon (sorry don't know his name) and the restaurant and bar staff.
When we had problems, they tried and addressed them.
The lounge and bar are so inviting and make for a sweet family atmosphere.
Central location but away from the noise. Great facilities and entertainment at the hotel. Our 3-year-old enjoyed the kids club. The food was nice but limited variety. Evening music and quizzes were fun for both kids and adults. Bar served nice cocktails and terrace snacks were great after a day of skiing.
Antares was a good location and the hotel offered a ski in and ski out facility, which was very good with close proximity to a lift - Avoriaz was very good in terms of facilities and local restaurants/bakeries - and the skiing was very good overall for runs, lifts and variety.
Breakfast and dinner was very good, staff were excellent and friendly. The design of the hotel was quirky, with lots of nooks and small separate seeting areas in the reception area and the bar, which meant you did not feel overlooked and as if you had your own space.
Could ski straight onto the piste and get to the ski lockers without needing to walk with your skis.
The apartment was spacious with plenty of room for cooking and eating.
Staff were very friendly and catered to our every need
Location of accommodation was great. Close to the resort centre but far enough away to be quiet. Recommend the Stash and Mini Stash ski areas - they're great fun. Aquariaz is well worth a visit - don't forget your swimmers.
Good location. Walkable to and from the welcome centre if needed. Next to public escalators to the town. Ski shop next door. The 2 bedroom apartments are big enough for a family of 5 and quite well appointed.
The location was great. Very close to the ski lifts and Apres Ski. The room was spacious. There is one toilet room, but 2 full showers. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. The beds were comfortable.
The whole experience was excellent. The hotel was beautiful, the staff accommodating and friendly and the location and amenities were just what I needed during my vacation. Highly recommended.
