Good base to do small day trips around the area.
Good base to do small day trips around the area. Nice river walk from El Bosque that you can stop for a swim in the many nice pools along the way. Very scenic town and great to walk around and sample the good food venues.

Beautiful area of Spain, in the National Park. Hotel was excellent, and the staff were just incredible, so helpful and friendly. Ubrique itself was nice, but the area surrounding it was incredible, fantastic views, Worth the long and winding drive up and down the mountains!

The town was very clean, and well looked after, and the people were very friendly. There were plenty of bars offering very typical tapas, and at great prices. Great area for long walks, and the nearby Roman city of Ocuri, well worth visiting.

You can walk from central Ubrique to the hotel in about 30 minutes if (like us) you don't have a car. It's a good base for hiking the Roman Road and other trails near Ubrique. The view of the surrounding mountains is great. The hotel includes a restaurant with tasty food and an outdoor dining area. All COVID-19 precautions were followed, and the staff is really friendly.
