The location is really good for visiting Sevilla. You can take public transport (you can take bus 161 in about 10 minutes on foot or take the car to the metro line and park there for free).
Parking is on the streets, it's free, and we never had trouble finding a spot.
The apartment looks like in the pictures. It is pretty newly renovated, very clean and well equipped.
The check in is super easy.

The hotel was spacious with nice pool. The room and bathrooms were clean in bedroom. Hotel bathrooms were a far walk with only one toilet available close to reception.
