Lovely room with seaview! Perfect place to relax after busy three days in Barcelona! Easy access with train one hour from Barcelona to Calafell and the hotel is 8 min walk from the trainstation. Just walk towards the sea and turn left… friendly staff and the place is very clean and beautifull! The room had fridge but no cettle for coffee or tea.
I had two bottles of water and chocolate waiting which was nice. Good quality toiletries: even a toothbrush and paste!

The hotel is close to the town centre in just 7-10 min walking distance. Was easy to find, quick check-in, elevator worked well. Quite silent inside. Our room had a balcony - good option for smokers. Bath gel/shampoo/soap in place. Hot water all the time. Modern TV set with 24" screen. Wifi worked well.

The beach and the sea view are simply wonderful, but there is not much to do there. The city looks like an old people's home, no offense to our lovely seniors ;)
I must admit that it's a quite safe place to stay.

The town itself mainly caters to Spanish tourists.
The town itself mainly caters to Spanish tourists. English is not very widely spoken. There are a few restaurants and shops in the town center and more on the beach boulevard. It's a quick hop to Calafell Platja which has a larger pedestrian zone and a gorgeous beach.
Segur de Calafell is ideal for visiting other places on the coast, e.g. Tarragona (45 mins) , Sitges (25 mins) and Barcelona (50 mins) by car.

Very pleasant little seaside town, away from the tourist hotspots. It was lively, but not busy. It was also was nice to share lovely long and clean beaches with the locals - very nice relaxing atmosphere. Restaurants, bars and supermarkets along the front all very good. Plenty of parking along the front (parking meters the full length). A little further afield, worth checking out the Calafell slide (700 meter toboggan run winding down the side of a hill) - huge fun for adults and kids alike.

The breakfast exceeded expectations. They had the widest range of breakfast drinks of any hotel we stayed at. The cook made bacon and eggs for each guest, rather than have it pre-made. Lots of choices.
The location was very easy to find. In travelling for over a month in France and Spain, one of the hardest things was finding food in the afternoon. It was very easy around this hotel to find cheap restaurants any time we wanted to eat.
The hotel had everything we needed for the kids. Breakfast was great. Pool was perfect. Staff were lovely & friendly. Rooms were simple but clean & had everything you needed.
Bit of a walk to the beach but nice & close to the train station.
Would definitely stay again.
The receptionist kindly offerred a parking for my bicycle inside the hotel and delevered all my bags to the room without even a word from me. Very friendly service.
