Juan was such an accommodating host and was so helpful including setting up extra beds for our large family! The villa was beautiful with rustic features yet with modern aspects too. Spacious and very well maintained throughout our stay. We were sent links to days out, lots of advice and taught us history and gave us local information.
The area is quite remote which we loved for our family. Very accommodating for all ages with activities in the villa, plenty to do!

Our suite was at the top of an old building set in lovely gardens. A generous spacious set of rooms, bedroom (with terrace0, sitting and bathroom, well equipped and charming. The views across the medieval rooftops and the gardens were special. It felt like our own private medieval castle. Heated pool was great. Staff couldn't do more to help. Everything you needed provided form bath gel to pool towels, hairdryer and mini bar. Quiet, beautiful countryside. A good breakfast provided and taken outside where squadrons of swallows swooped overhead and finches chattered in the bushes was a delight. Plenty of sightseeing within a short distance, from stunning archaeological sites to seaside resorts.

Very nice rooms, the breakfast was very complete, and it's a nice area to travel by car to different beaches in Costa Brava. Monells is a nice town to see, as many other medieval towns in the area, and it only takes you an hour.

The location is exceptional, a dream! Also the breakfast is amazing. No need for lunch afterwards. We also took dinner, which was also exceptionally good! A great chef. Finally, the manager was very friendly and always very helpfull with suggestions. We had excellent holidays and will certainly come back.

CAN FELIP is superb accommodation in the heart of Monells. The whole renovation of the property has been done with style and thoughtfulness to keep the character of the building while providing up to date facilities. We had two very comfortable nights there. Everything is available to guests including a washing machine. The town square with a very good restaurant is only twenty metres away.

Girona is very nice town. There are multiple opportunities what to do. Walk in the old town or hike or bike in the hills. There was surprisingly a lot of bikers everywhere. The apartement was quite big and had nice window view.
Mas Masaller is a 13th-century farmhouse turned into a stylish hotel just 3 km from La Bisbal d’Empordà. It has a swimming pool and free bicycle hire.
