Excellent stay, warm, modern and spacious rooms (nr. 103), comfortable beds, clean bathroom, very good breakfast incl. fresh fruits (bananas, strawberries, watermelon, apple, pineapple), very good location for shopping and walking distance to all historical monuments, I would stay again.

It was 12 euros taxi into Seville Old Town
Hotel was very large and a bit shabby on the outside but smart inside.
The bar was very inefficiently run. One waiter was actually running up and down.
Breakfast was good a good selection.
It was set quite high up and had a main ring road running beside it so there was no chance of walking to or from this hotel.

The Town is very spread out and hilly, and unfortunately the pavements are in the worst overall condition that we have seen anywhere in Spain, and are often totally lacking or obstructed by parked cars, causing you to walk at the edge of busy badly lit roads. The best thing is the ease of access to Seville via the Metro from either of the two stations.

The shuttle bus was useful but I think it should be free into the city,it isn't far and if there was somehow to walk there it would have been fine but because of all the main roads and no walkways it was not possible so you have to use transport. I little bit tired and in need of tlc in places.the staff were really helpful.

We loved the ambiance at this hotel, even though there were a lot of people there , it was very peaceful ; every staff member we encountered were very professional and friendly. The food in the piano bar was exceptional , we ate there 3 times during a 2 night stay. !! Try the bean stew!! The gym was well equipped and quiet. Also good to note that parking outside the hotel was free, it’s only private parking they costs €6 - bonus !!
The hotel is quite impressive when illuminated and when you enter. The main hall is huge. The staff who attended us at check-in / check-out, in the restaurant, housekeeping staff were all quite friendly and helpful. This is always makes the visit nice. The breakfasts, at an extra price, are quite abundant and the dining room is comfortable.
The transfer to the metro was very convenient.. with a van operating between 7am to 10:30 pm. There was lots of parking available at the hotel. Room was very comfortable and breakfast had a good variety and was well maintained. Staff were professional. The lounge area was a nice place to have a drink and relax.
Free parking: it was almost impossible to find a hotel in Seville with parking. The free minibus to the nearest metro station was a great help. The buffet breakfast gave a wide choice and there were gluten/dairy free options for my wife who suffers from an intolerance.
The hotel is stunning from inside the reception area, family room lovely and spacious, bathroom really nice too, overall a very well kept hotel and friendly staff, food was great too and the pool area,we stayed for a week here and had a very enjoyable holiday.
Although the hotel was busy and couldn't offer our original room as we had turned up quiet late in the day, they did exchange it for free breakfast for both of us for the long weekend. The hotel is nice to stay in for casino up for the road
Great breakfast, comfortable rooms, architecture of the hotel is amazing. It is located outside of the city center, but easy transfer with taxi/uber for around 13 Eur, or you can use the free shuttle bus to the metro station.
Common areas, pool area, lobby and the piano bar were all excellent. Rooms towels and sheets were all clean and nice. Shuttle bus to nearest metro station was provided by the hotel.
Location perfect since the hotel offer shuttle to the Metro to get to Sevilla. No worries to drive finding parking awesome. Amazing breakfast felt like a resort so much variety.
Really nice breakfast buffet with lots of choice, well prepared dishes and some nice vegetable options.
The hotel facility was quite large, but very attractive architecturally.
Manuel in the bar/restaurant was an absolute star ..
The room was HUGE and the whole hotel was very airy, bright and spacious .
Lovely outside space and swimming pool.
We were staying here on our way back to Lisbon, it is not that close to the city but is a very good hotel for families, great breakfast, modern amenities
